SHIPPING POLICY (Política de Envíos)

1. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all products.

2. Production & Delivery Times
All our dresses are handcrafted specifically for you. Please note that production and shipping are two separate phases.

  • Dressmaking Time: Approx. 15 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: Approx. 10 business days after production.

  • Express Delivery: Available upon request. Please contact us at info@miasbridal.com for rates. Express delivery takes approximately 5 business days after production.

Note: Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

3. Order Confirmations & Tracking

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your dress ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the name of the courier.

  • The courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or BorderGuru) will contact you via SMS or phone to arrange delivery.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery (Important)
The customer has 48 hours from the time of delivery to verify the integrity of all items and accessories. Claims for damages, missing items, or failures with the shipment will not be accepted after this 48-hour window. By not reporting an issue within this period, you accept the shipment as complete and in good condition.

5. Signature Required
For security purposes, Mia's Bridal requires a signature upon delivery for all domestic orders. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the package.

6. Non-Delivery Due to Erroneous Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is 100% accurate.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee.

  • If the buyer chooses not to pay the reshipping fee, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs (incurred by the seller) and any return shipping costs.

7. Non-Delivery Due to Buyer Absence
If the courier attempts delivery but is unable to complete it due to the buyer's absence, and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee for a subsequent delivery attempt.

8. Taxes
All prices displayed on Mia's Bridal include all applicable taxes (VAT). The customer will not be charged any additional Spanish VAT at checkout.
