RETURN POLICY (Política de Devoluciones)

At Mia's Bridal, your satisfaction is our priority. Because we craft made-to-order garments, we maintain a transparent policy regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Returns for Accessories (Veils, Shoes, Crowns & Jewelry)
We accept returns for non-customized accessories. These items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Made-to-Order Dresses

In accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish General Consumer Protection Law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), the right of withdrawal (14-day return period) does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

• All our wedding dresses and custom garments are made-to-order based on the measurements, colors, and styles you select.

• Consequently, we do not accept returns, cancellations after 120 hours, or exchanges for any dress once the order has entered production.

• We ship all dresses with strict quality control. Damages occurring during try-on, alterations by a third party, or mishandling are not our responsibility.

Conditions for Accessory Returns:

• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

• Items showing signs of wear, odor (perfume/smoke), or alteration will not be accepted.

• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a refund for the full value of the product.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We only accept returns shipped via DHL or FedEx. Parcels sent via any other carrier will be refused and returned to the sender.

3. Sizing and Alterations
To ensure the perfect fit, our tailors reserve extra fabric in the seams. This allows you to make minor modifications locally. Please note:

• If the dress is the exact size you ordered but does not fit your body shape, we recommend visiting a local tailor. We are not responsible for these alteration costs.

• Color may vary slightly from photos due to screen resolution and lighting; this is not considered a defect.

4. Order Cancellation Policy
Since we begin production immediately, cancellations are subject to the following fees based on the time elapsed after order confirmation:

We are happy to customize your dress (shape, color, or details) completely free of charge. Simply add your customization notes in your cart before checkout. Please note that customized dresses are final sale and cannot be returned.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange service for any products. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.

7. Contact
For any returns (accessories only), please contact us at info@miasbridal.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping. Packages sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
