We accept returns for accessories such as veils, shoes, and crowns. These items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Made-to-Order Dresses
All of our dresses are meticulously handmade and made-to-order, tailored specifically to your preferences. This means that once your order is placed, it is crafted uniquely for you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items. Please note that we ship quality-controlled dresses without any damage. Any damages occurring during try-on or alterations are not our responsibility. Sizing and Fitting Issues
To allow for slight modifications, our tailors reserve additional fabric in the seams of all dresses. We understand that sometimes a finished gown might vary by approximately an inch in either direction of the specified measurements. This will allow you to make alterations so the dress can fit you perfectly.
Color Mismatch
Concerning color mismatch, please note that there might be a slight color deviation due to your computer screen or mobile device settings.
Item Is the Size You Ordered but Does Not Fit
Please understand that items that do not fit properly but are in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
Exchange Policy
Do you wish to exchange your dress for a different size or item?
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer an exchange service for any products at this time. All our dresses are made to order. Therefore, we will not have any extra dresses for exchange. If you want a different item, please place a new order.
Exchanges:
The most efficient way to obtain the desired item is to initiate a return for the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Do you have restocking fees?
No, the return at miasbridal.com is free, according to the aforementioned conditions, there is no supply charge.
Return and refund procedure
To receive a refund for the returned product, please follow the step-by-step procedure below:
Step 1. Inform miasbridal.com by email, sending your return request to info@miasbridal.com must include the following information: the order number, the product reference, and the reason for the return.
Step 2. Process the return request. Once the return request has been sent, our returns department staff will contact you within a maximum period of 2 working days and will provide you with the return address or a return logistics label, if the case is by the points, previously mentioned.
Step 3. Return of your product. You must return the product without undue delay, taking into account the times indicated in this case, within 30 days, from the day you receive the order. In case of returning more than one item, items need to be returned separately.
Step 4. The refund term is within 10 days. miasbridal.com will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 10 days from the day you informed us of your decision to terminate the contract.
